Hi, we’re Lydia Armitage and Anna Thuilot, and we are the co-owners of Banstead Health Hub.

Banstead Health Hub is a community centred holistic health clinic. We offer osteopathy, sports massage and dry needling.

Banstead Health Hub is owned and run by osteopaths Lydia Armitage and Anna Thuilot, both of whom are passionate about health and wellbeing and firmly believe that movement is medicine. We are both excited to bring a hub to the community to help improve and sustain your health and wellbeing needs.

We work with and alongside our patients developing personalised treatment plans, to not just get you out of pain, but improve, maintain and maximise your body’s function.

We provide treatment for the whole family from children to grandparents, sports people, expectant mothers, office workers and everyone in between.

Anna Thuilot

Co-owner, Osteopath

Anna has recently qualified as an osteopath following 4 years of study at NESCOT. She has thoroughly enjoyed her training, receiving student of the year in her final year, and is now looking forward to using her skills to help the wider community.

Anna has a passion for exercise and well- being having worked as a Body Combat and Body Pump group exercise instructor for the past 7 years. Her understanding of the body and how it responds under the stresses of exercise as well as day to day activities is excellent.

With a special interest in the mind- body connection Anna has completed a Level 2 counselling course, and her final year dissertation investigated the importance of good communication between osteopath and patient in a clinical setting.

Having worked in child-care settings as an early years practitioner for 10 years Anna has a real gift for working with children (and parents!) and going forward hopes to complete specific paediatric training in osteopathy.

I spent many years and a small fortune on various physios and chiropractors in a constant firefight with recurring shoulder and neck issues. I finally found my way to Lydia in 2018 and have not looked back. Lydia's straightforward hands on approach has provided a lasting solution that only requires occasional maintenance. A blessed relief from the bad old days five years ago when I was on the verge of considering surgery.

Anna understood that I was in quite a bit of pain and went ahead to address this with treatment straight away, she lowered the lights because I had a terrible headache and eyestrain. She phoned to follow up a few days later which was very kind and appreciated.

Every little niggle or spasm is sorted by Lydia who, quite frankly weaves her magic and mends me! Her personal skills are second to none- making sure that she puts to memory some details which makes one feel like a ‘person with pain’ rather than just ‘a pain!’

A thorough exam and information were taken in my medical history. Anna’s interpersonal skills are excellent and put me at ease. I felt entirely comfortable with her, her knowledge and skill set. Anna always clearly explains what and why she is doing what she does. I am entirely satisfied with Anna’s way of treating me.
